Barns Green Half Marathon, IOW fell runs, Disneyland Paris and Richmond Marathon

We had 9 runners complete the Barns Green half marathon a Sussex Grand Prix event.  These were Richard Coates 1hr 39.53, Lee Adams 1hr 40.38, Hepzi Toby 1hr 40.58, Robert Paterson 1hr 50.02,Stewart Gasson 1hr 51.16, Christine Tait 2hr 06.38, Samantha Kedwards 2hr 14.09, Victoria Holmgren 2hr 22.53, Rachel Lohrey 2hr 24.15.  Graham West spent the weekend over the Isle of Wight running up and down a big hill in the
Isle of Wight fell runs with a 2.5 mile race Saturday morning, and 7.3 mile race Saturday afternoon and a 13 mile race on Sunday.  Finally well done to Hepzi running a PB in the Richmond Marathon of 3hrs 29 last weekend (18 September).
